I ran a quick payment on numbers and the payment was more than rent and I didn't even add ins, taxes, capex…….etc.

Companies like mine provide Turnkey services so that you really don't have to worry at all about the crime rate, as we do it all for you from renovations, tenant placement, and ongoing management.

Though, I'm currently still working from home and on an appointment by appointment bases due to ongoing health issues.

I plan on going to the one in Sandy Springs as I assume that one has a larger draw.  

I ran the numbers (with the calculator on BP :)) to see if it would make sense to rent my apartment but I don't think it's worth it with maintenance costs being what they are, and especially if I plan on moving so far away.

I highly recommend as @Shawn M. mentions on going to local REIA because it really helped my personally to jump-start into taking action.  

I ran my numbers from here because the wholesale calculator i have doesn't seem accurate or rather more confusing than anything.
