@Mo KhidirAsk about the age of systems, reason the sellers are moving, any known issues with the property, how many offers they have and what their plan is for deadlines and reviewing offers( if offers exist, try to get any details they will share), if there any additional non-monetary items that are important to the sellers (long closing, short closing, leaseback, etc.).

Holes in walls, broken bathtubs, smoking weeds in the house, and a stolen 75inch TV.I am completely hands off on this property. 

The appreciation will almost certainly slow back to a normal pace, however, with monetary policy (ostensibly) tightening.

- Is this money just burning a hole in your pocket and will make you a better return than a standard savings account?

We could go on and on down this rabbit hole but, I digress

My water heater went last month and they are denying the payment for it through a loop hole... such BS!

Though, while it may be burning a hole in my pocket, joining a team sounds like a great move to get my feet wet.
