Learnt a little then about the USA market and have now decided to invest into the market via an LLC, with my husband, Peter and our 2 adult children....Damien and Elisha I have purchased Monica Mains home study course and am seriously considering to come and do her course in September 2010...VERY KEEN to get going on this and plan to have a minimum of 2 multi family apartment buildings and possibly a mobile home park by Christmas.

With limited funds, I would recommend you read "Deals on Wheels" by Lonnie Scruggs and see if buying and selling mobile homes would be of interest to you to build up your real estate investing nest egg!

In my area I can find a lot of cheap empty lots and a lot of cheap mobile homes.
