Learnt a little then about the USA market and have now decided to invest into the market via an LLC, with my husband, Peter and our 2 adult children....Damien and Elisha I have purchased Monica Mains home study course and am seriously considering to come and do her course in September 2010...VERY KEEN to get going on this and plan to have a minimum of 2 multi family apartment buildings and possibly a mobile home park by Christmas.

Karim I use AFX Corp, Inc with my title search, cost you $100 per propertie but they find all liens include mechanics, judgement, child support liens etc..

In my area I can find a lot of cheap empty lots and a lot of cheap mobile homes.
