Anyone have success moving mobile homes

In my area I can find a lot of cheap empty lots and a lot of cheap mobile homes. I am interested in putting the 2 together and renting the lot and financing the home. Obviously there is the expense of moving the home but I would only buy lots with all hookups already in place. Anyone have success with this or have advice. Thanks.
Sorry about any misspelled words. Posted from my phone and I can't figure out how to go back and edit my title.

I live in the Upstate of SC. You have to have a licensed transporter move your mobile home and you have to obtain a moving permit from the county. Don't try to move one yourself, you will get into alot of trouble. You can't move a mobile home that is older than a 1976 (SC state law). If you're moving a mobile home into city limits you will also have to obtain a moving permit from the city. I manage a 20 acre mobile home park in Simpsonville, have some lots available if you need a place to put your mobile.
