I'll get that script, seems like a good checklist/barometer to ensure the process is reliable and repeatable. 

We were told it would be a "process" and were told to remove any and all food, cooking products, plates, glasses, pots, pans (anything we cook with or eat on) from the kitchen until the problem was taken care of - approximately 2 months!!

Are you asking to track the workflow process for rehab/flipping/contract work or the workflow that starts with seller engagement through to closing?

I receive "I assist XXXXXX they are the buyer's agents and can assist you with the buying process. 

There are other ways to fund this type of deal, but if you don't have access to or know of them, I'd slow down, get to some REI meetings in your area and learn more about this process.

I've had success in negotiating both owner financing and rent to own residential deals in my most recent search, although I opted to back away from those deals because I wanted to just do an all cash transaction on a third/separate deal.I think the biggest obstacle is going through the process when you don't know what you are doing.

GC License - I'm in the process of applying for my license inactive, but thinking since I work full-time I'm going to focus on finding a contractor that can do this work for me.
