Unfortunately I had a brain anuerism aand a stroke a few years ago and my wife did not tell me that we got a notice in the mail and she did not tell me about until it was too late to do anything about that but I could not walk then and I was totally depend on her and the Teaxs Real Estae Center told me that I would have to start completely over.

You could google it for your area.I would guess if you have a form or letter that could be scanned and emailed to the service they could address and post for you but you'd still have to provide mailing list for them to use.

That being said, i had already informed them that I started up my RE investment business and that I would also be doing my mail campaign.Do you feel it would be unethical for me to use the broker he referred me to if I obtain a property through a short sale, seller financing or any situation where the agent is not involved?
