I am looking for a hard money lender that can fund the purchase and rehab of a property under auction. I talked to one lender already. But they want 3k before even taking a look at the property. I am experienced and already have two rentals. Thanks, Steve

I am not sure about auction property but I have worked with hard money guys at LendingHome and Veristone and was very happy with both... veristone was my favorite.
