I got my foot in the door of real estate as an appraiser back in 2004 and became licensed in 2012.  

So I've recently found a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2000sq foot house for $15,000 in a good rental market.

As someone who is looking to get small passive gains and just dip my foot in, it doesnt seem like a bad option though.Would love to hear concerns, feedback or things i may be not thinking about.

Can someone give me a good estimate for the price to build a duplex per square foot.

What I am thinking of doing to get my foot in the door, and which will allow me to relocate to FL, is to apply for jobs with property management companies in the Jacksonville area.
