Risky Investment?

So I've recently found a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2000sq foot house for $15,000 in a good rental market. It is bank owned.  I talked to the realtor today and she said there's definitely softness in the floor in some areas.  As low as the price is I could still put a considerable amount of money into repairs and make money if I sold it or make back my money that I invested pretty quickly if I rent it. I'm very new at this and only have one other rental property as of right now.  My worry is that I'm getting in over my head.  I don't really have the experience to gauge just how much this is going to cost me If I do have to go in and replace joists and flooring. I didn't know if anyone could walk me through what I'm getting into and if the risk is worth the reward.  I'm going to look at it on Monday so I'll have more info then.
