Hi All,

My name is Danny Gonzalez and I am a licensed agent in the Miami area.  I got my foot in the door of real estate as an appraiser back in 2004 and became licensed in 2012.  I work mostly residential transactions, but have dabbled in commercial. When it comes to commercial real estate, I am most interested in apartment buildings, warehouses and office space. 

I understand the strategy behind traditional real estate investments but am more interested in learning such strategies as wholesaling and hard money lending. I look forward to networking with experienced and like minded investors.
