Who has a recommendation for a company that can get you a mailing list for certain areas and send out letters/post cards to generate leads?

Am in the same boat and would appreciate any lead on this

Listing agents don't need advertising, buyer agents have no money to spend on leads.

I joined the community back in June and I am ready to get started calling leads.

The #1 biggest struggle is getting off-market motivated seller leads, houses at a decent discount.The #2 biggest issue... is friggin contractors.

ONLINE Lead gen is the way to go!

The initial Sales lead who started the loan called me back and apologized for their mistake and said there was nothing he could change stating the property was not documented correctly when he took the property information.
