My belief is that they do this so they can give you the finger one more time, and cost you money. 

I had to literally wine and dine the ladies at naca to have them recommend the buyers even look at my properties.. its was extortion at applebee's  LOL... its OK I sold two of my OREOs in the worse market imaginable and for top dollar even with the 10k buy down.. 

Ive seen very smart people, very hard works fail at this business, and it can be hard to put your finger on why one person succeeds and another fails.In a major metro area, someone with talent should be able to make it up to that $100k level. 

One suggestion; pick up the phone and call the previous landlord/lady. 

David likes to tend bar and "chat" up multiple ladies on the side, impressing them with his Caribbean accent and the money he scams and flashes around.

I read the contract the lady signed and I could not believe what I saw.
