Are there nearby groups or associations I can join to learn more and network with other investors?

Hello BP friends: Recently joined this awesome group!

I recently joined Bigger Pockets because I see that’s there’s great information for beginners like myself and the community.I’m currently going through a small dilemma and I’m stuck between cross roads and I’m not sure which path to take out of my 2 options and I would like to receive some feedback possibly advice so I can make an educated decision.A little bit about myself ever since a young adult I always been interested in Real Estate like many people I have spent about $10,000 over the past few years on courses and education but nothing really came of it besides understanding the basics and having 1 a week phone meetings only lasting 30 min.

I joined this sight to network and because I am looking for anyone who is willing to mentor, partner or even if you have jobs you would like me to complete, I will do it for free.

Hopefully I'll be able to do the same  and join in your footsteps someday soon :)

I can only learn so much on my own and I am hoping joining BiggerPockets will help me to further my investing knowledge, so that I may begin acquiring my own investment properties.My main goal for joining the BiggerPockets community is to start building incredible working relationships with investors, so that we may help each others business grow and be extremely successful.

My wife just joined a real estate group in Austin as well.

And then three, I wanted to always be free to join someone for lunch or go to the gym when I wanted or take vacation without asking 'permission'.Before I started my company, I was working a 9-5 (or more) corporate job.
