I was under the impression that CAPM is more for stocks but interesting to see that people are actually applying it to real estate.

I was under the impression we couldn't ask details about a person's disabilities... and given this text from HUD, it sounds like we would have to ask more questions to find out if the person HAS a disability, which also has a related need for an assistance animal.What keeps the tenant from flat out LYING about their Disability and "need" for a service animal?

As yall could see I was under the impression that FHA was for mainly for FTHB.

It feels like this weird grey area of me wanting to work for them and them wanting to know who I am first and we're both trying to impress each other?

Just sharing a story , He left a good impression me , and I was pleased that I left a good enough impression on him that he would want to rent from me again .  

I find that this gives off a professional impression and helps support a higher valuation than what she or he would have come up with their own research.

I've done initial consultations with a couple now, and my impression is they do not seem expert in the above areas or perhaps completely unfamiliar.
