If the rental property insurance includes liability, is it also a good idea to get an umbrella policy as well?

I spent the first hour after I got the keys sitting on the staircase starring at the coat closet because I had no idea what to do first.

Older homes that lack proper maintenance are going to be poor in havoc efficiency regardless of whether they are brick or not.  

I was thinking of the form idea myself.

For instance, if you have an umbrella policy and decide to purchase a boat even if you properly insure the boat you won't necessarily have coverage from the umbrella unless you make them aware you now own a boat.
