The order only allows you to serve a notice to terminate and proceed with an eviction if it’s attached with a sworn affidavit that if the eviction does not proceed, there is imminent threat of serious physical harm.

I suggest you consult with a good real estate attorney in the state where the property is to confirm your legal rights.That written, I don't see doing so would be harmful in anyway, and therefore probably wouldn't be prohibited.
