Interesting interview with the CEO of Airbnb.  He pretty much blames a lackluster 2023 on owners.  Dirty pools, high cleaning fees, and rents that are too high.  Odd that he fails to mention Airbnb's ever-increasing platform fees, guest booking fees, and onerous policies that harm owners financially.  I am reminded we why don't do business with Airbnb.
