The reality is your deal sucks so I wouldn’t worry about that . 245 grand will be 260 grand after closing expenses /fees and the inevitable deferred maintenance etc .will be finding .

You'd have to run all new cold air and hot air returns for a forced air furnace just not feasible.Get some one HVAC Boiler guy to bleed all air out of radiators, and baseboards.and stand by as helper. once system is bled of air locks will preform as designed and much quieter.Ya new boiler I put in for 6 plex was 7 grand.. 

sounds grand,but may be a management nightmare,,,or not.
