Although its hard to let go as its has some really good features and they sold for 120K in 2008.So might just play it safe and pull 20K from my primary house and use that down on a 80-100k home. 

Make sure to use the "Events" feature under the Network tab to find meetups in your area, it has definitely helped out here in CA.

Thank goodness for the feature that allows you to turn off certain alerts. 

I am in the process of purchasing a SF residence that is partially HC accessible. it has an existing   ramp, and a few other small features.  

I find GetResponse to be better with more features and better support than the other popular ones mentioned, and I've used them all.
