Looking for a property management software, with mobile features

I am a property manager of 27 properties in my local area for a private investor. I’m looking for a software that will help me to manage, keep track of our current tenants, maintenance requests, and other more general property management items. As well as being able to keep track of our current Reno’s, we’ve done 3 in the last 2.5 months. Something with mobile functionality would be fantastic.
