I am in the process of purchasing a SF residence that is partially HC accessible. it has an existing   ramp, and a few other small features.   It could be easily converted to Full HC ( I am adding a full bath on the 1st floor, and could easily make it HC) without much additional work. Hardwood floors, 1st floor bedroom, ( bath soon) lever door handles, etc.

What have your experiences been renting HC units?

Have you been able to get higher rents to offset the additional costs for adaptations?
