Raising money really isn't rocket surgery if people have access to the right tools and resources.  

It prevents theft of materials and tools from job sites from the contractors.

The other half has a nice,retired, and disabled lady on a fixed income who's not going anywhere unless some unfortunate, sad events happen.I've been living and renting out this duplex for a year now, and its solid, no issues, and essentially turn key.

Quick question: does the investment calculator tool allow for contracted (set) management fees?  

Make sure whomever you're hiring follows proper safety practices, has a safety plan, proper tools, PPE (personal protection equipment), etc......especially on a demo job.
