In other words, we'd rather pay 200k for somethiung that sold for 300k 5 years ago (and should again in 5 or 7 years) than to pay 125k for something that's full value, or only going to enjoy minimum appreciation.That still leaves a lot of places ... but wihtout alot of research I'm not sure where to begin.

When you do something you enjoy, you don't view it as a hassle or "pain in the neck"....so my investor may be makin' off w/ some good profit and I'm receiving not as much as I should for my fee.....I understand.

There are many things I enjoy about RE.

I enjoy the freedom that self employment brings.

Perhaps he is not aware that the air pressure in a plane at 40,000 feet is different than on the ground or that flying at 300+ miles per hour is different than what his dog enjoyed on the top of the roof of his car.

What I'm saying is that other molds will enjoy lots of water and will start producing their own toxins to kill the molds you photographed.

And then there will be some copy about only having a few years left and which would they rather do, deal with tenants or enjoy their meatballs?
