I have been through the exercise you are going through tons of times with clients.

This is just a learning exercise.

Just like your ability to turn down business, Realtors have the same ability, and will exercise it when faced with the opportunity to do alot of work for low risk of return vs working with another Buyer, Seller or Investor who provides better opportunities to close deals.

I am absorbing a lot of information and it can feel like overload when I am taking so much in and not exercising it.

This does not enhance my experience on BP.Communicate.  

Of course we hope and plan for everything to run smoothly, but every now and then someone wants to exercise their option and this keeps you from paying for more than one appraisal.

You need insurance that functions more like an enhanced safety net.

Without an accurate market cap, this whole exercise is pointless.
