How can I receive those security deposits that were returned in the event that they leave and I need it to cover damage causes, etc.?

It would have needed kitchen cabinets installed immediately...not due to damage or age, but there just weren't enough.

I wouldn’t have believed my eyes except the friend I was with saw the exact same thing.What we saw could best be described as a taller man dressed in air force blues.  

As opposed to shower doors that would cost too much to replace if damaged or they break. 

People here many times are afraid of property that has water damage, roof issue or termite issue.

if the bag does damage... you have other issues.

Also appears to have stains on ceilings so I am assuming roof leaks - roof replacement.So new kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances, new landscaping front and back, new bathrooms (2), new roof, paint interior, exterior, repair eaves and exterior wood facia damaged, minor stucco patches, new electrical and plumbing fixtures, new flooring (tile in kitchen and baths, carpet in bedrooms or wood vinyl), and minor misc.-  total should be around $35k to have a very nice remodel. $30k if the roof is OK.

You are correct that someone can do quite abit of damage having your routing and account number.

this would have been hilarious if the snake killed the guy while he was trying to decapitate it.how can you fail to cause extensive damage when you set a house on fire with gasoline. wow this guy really sucks at life.and how do you develop that much animosity toward your landlord in just... 2 months
