We take a really data driven approach to the site selection, concentrating only on centerpoints that analytically meet the requirements our operators are looking for, and then we go in and start to match that analytical requirement with the desirable physical attributes we look for.  

They seem to be operating in the dark ages.Now, once I do finally receive the funds, I face the dreaded task of reviewing their very poorly designed owner statements to see if their accounting is correct, as it has been so very wrong (in their favor) more often than right in the past.

Also doesn’t cope all that well with stress on occasions I’d also love to have her help out with bookkeeping, design, and stuff but also just lower the stress around the house.

IE nice everything designer paints this does get usually a better tenant I mean if they have yours to choose from or this new fresh one with granite counter tops which are the tenants going to chose..

There are also double drawer cabinet height refrigerators used often in the restaurant/catering industry that might be worth looking into as well.Again, what a great use of space and design. 

This is what I've done in the past 20 years and last year, the mayor of Cincinnati, Ohio gave me a plaque and he designated December 14, 2018 as "Michael Ealy Day"Here's the picture of that plaque:So...let's improve entire communities and make MILLIONS at the same time.Maybe even your city will designate a day after you too :)

I always have a "what sizes I would use if I bought new and designed from scratch" plan for each kitchen.

It is a more of a designation of status, experience and underwriting practices.

@Amy Ahearn I haven’t done this myself, but have heard good things about going the route of Facebook marketplace, goodwill, second hand stores etc with well design tasteful ikea/purchased pieces.
