If you as the landlord don't pay the taxes and they get posted by the tax authority that looks horrible to you as a business because the customers think you can't pay your bills.

Building houses is great but there's alot of money in building custom kitchens and bathrooms as well.

From our plans, we can build ten houses on this plot, and if we do this right, each custom house will be worth between $450K-$595K depending on lot size and position.

Not to mention the customer service is unbeatable. 

I asked their customer service about it and they said it'll come soon but I don't know when.

If the member names are not accessible through that, you can then search the local chamber of commerce business directory, where 9 times out of 10, the owner of the business is there.There are sometime a few layers of LLCs and DBAs to go through, but it's all accessible to the publicgothca have to put that one in my quiver not that we chase down ownership very often we just call our customer service department at our title company and they do the work for us.. :) 

I'm thinking of taking my business from this bank due to total lack of customer service,  but before I do, I have two questions:-What is the best way to achieve my goal?

For example, coming from a family home building business of custom homes - I know there's more to rehab than meets the eye!
