Unless your profit is really good I would make sure the investor purchasing the home understands they will need to pay their agents fees.

I want to understand not just services provided and how I would make money, but also how the provider is making money ... if the provider makes money while I lose money, it's a no-go ... if I can't understand how the provider is making money honestly in the contract, then I know that they will either try to make money off of me dishonestly or they will soon be out of business, and neither one is good for me so no-go there too.
