Made it through my first real estate course!

This was several years ago.  It was a creative real estate investing course.  I know the information I received wasn't perfect, but the point is that I COULDN'T comprehend real estate lingo beforehand.  My brain would shut down.  I had to figure out how to get real estate knowledge into my brain.

I buckled down and I MADE IT HAPPEN!  I created a "sacred space" as it were, with calming music, candlelight, hot tea, etc... and for 1hour/week I listened through 1CD. If I didn't understand it, I listened to it again the next day or week, over and over until I did understand it.  The first couple of them were gruesome!    There were 13 CDs in all.  I got through every stinkin' one of them.

Now, I'm watching hours upon hours of real estate course material and fully comprehending everything being explained.  There's always room to learn, and I plan to continue doing so.
