I understand you may like the atmosphere where you're currently at however at the end of the day it all comes down to how you furthered yourself in your real estate career.

At this point in my career, I can make the time to get started.Starting this year, I've been reading books on real estate including "The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing" "Investing in Real Estate with no (and low) Money Down" and "The Book on Rental Properties".

I am in the stage of educating myself  on the field and was wondering if you all could help me with some starting questions. 

I'm running into difficulty with field lengths and my logging the additional expenses/notes. 

I was hoping to begin my investing career at home in DeKalb County, Georgia, which I know inside out but it seems like the Greater Atlanta area is pretty well-developed already.So I thought I should find my first deal by buying it from a wholesaler.
