BP Newbie in Charlotte, NC Area

Greetings Bigger Pocketers!

My name is Tom ONeil and I am a long time member, first time poster on BP. I just upgraded to my Pro account to take my Real Estate Investing career to the next level.

Late last year I decided to leave the corporate world and pursue Real Estate and Investing full time. I currently own a handful of rental properties in the Southwest Charlotte area (North and South Carolina) and am looking to grow this portfolio and help others do the same for theirs. I recently got both my North and South Carolina Real Estate Licenses and am pretty excited about what 2017 has to hold!

I tend to focus my investments on monthly cash flow and allow any appreciation to be icing on the cake.

I am very intrigued by the BRRRR strategy and would love to actuallyput it into action one of these days.

Anyway, glad to be here and if I can be of any help to those of you in and around Charlotte, or to those who are curious about the area, give me a shout.
