I am looking for things like: - investors on the move in the area- deals happening in the area and associated parties- Also, what is happening in other markets outside of Tampa (i.e. 1-4 corridor, Panhandle, SFL, Jax)Basically I want to know the players and the games they are playing.

Wholesaling is a basic strategy, but that doesn't mean it doesn't take work to pull off. 

Just some basic numbers.

I'm sure this is one of those basic/beginner type questions, but I figured the experts at BiggerPockets would be able to provide some good insight on this issue.

And don't worry, the seller pays the commission on the transaction, so you basically can't lose by deciding to work with one.

He doesn't negotiate with the seller but basically gathers info on the house.

Or does this seem to be a way to build wealth as long as you actually can construct a list of cash buyers to be partners with who know the Market and everyone walks away from the deal happy.     

And I realize that I should have a buyer's agent to guide me through the process.
