He is breaking his lease a month early and wants his security deposit back because he thinks that when we purchased the property that his lease was void, and NO his lease says nothing of the sort, he just thinks that's how things work.

your correct there are about 12 companies that support all manner of this type of business most located in Utah... this is the way the business has always run  from the days of Carlton sheets dave del dotto  and all sorts of other motivational type speakers and presenters in many different fields. 

The cheapest option is to use the direct mail houses INDICIA which is their bulk permit info in the stamp area.We mail all our postcards with Standard Bulk Pre-Sort to get the best price on postage.  

It doesn't help that I'm getting married in a few months as well hahaI feel like I've been studying enough to be all set as soon as I get my financing sorted out.
