New member from Wichita Kansas

Hey all I figured Id post a quick little intro of myself. My name is Chris Kerschen I am in Wichita Kansas and have been listening to the BP podcast for a while now, also been reading up and trying to learn some new stuff before I get started. I have no properties except my primary residence but am hoping to get my first buy and hold late this year/next year.

These forums are great. I'm am so glad to have found this website it has a wealth of knowledge here.
