Iniitial letters sent and in reagrd to Probate / Real Estate Investing

I live in the UK and have a question in regard to Probate / Real Estate Investing.

I don't have any experience in marketing to these sort of potential clients and I need help in how best to market and contact these sorts of clients. Its obviously a delicate process, so writing would be, in my opinion, a good place to start. Does anyone have or could you direct me to a source where I would be able to obtain some templates for this and details of how and what to do?
