Hey there, just got a quick question,Im 21 and in school looking to get into real estate investing but would love to gain some real experience, are there any options to get experience online?

If asset protection is a top priority and you're serious about investing, choosing an LLC is a good option.

Most people suggest finding an independent agent who can shop multiple carriers as the best option and that is a good idea also but know that some Indy agent's don't want investor business so I'll say it simply Indy's are great but not all Indy's want your business. 

Do you think a fix and flip is a good strategy to get me in the game or are there better options for my situation?

Hello,I listened to a podcast from BP where they talked all about subject to financing and have come across a deal where this would be an option.

DSCR loans are a great option for 30-year fixed rate!
