Since I am new to real estate investing I was wondering if I would pay capital gains taxes when this property sells? 

After searching a few companies I found The Land Method and read reviews and really like the approach.

Great Addition - on the switch from year to year - arguably the biggest flag in my opinion in Real Estate - "shiny object syndrome" switching from niche to niche repeatedly (especially as a "Guru") - whats tried and true for RE success IMO is people that stick with one strategy and niche (type, market, strategy, etc.) for years, stay focused when its in and out of flavor, and end up with big wealth and track record after years.Definitely flags of the last few years when people go from "STR" to "Multiamily Syndication" to "Boutique Hotels" to "Experiences" and so on... 

He was a good guy, totally honest, and I bought a few good buys at tax sales after going through his material.  

I’m debating if I should sell it and invest somewhere else where property taxes aren’t so high and maybe deal with one tenant in a single home.

The first time I didn't do it after a job (which honestly didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked), it definitely caused some resentment.

They are drained and cleaned after every guest.  

Get a heavy vehicle for tax right off.

The tenant vacated last month after staying there for a little over two years.
