Most judges aren't stupid and will easily be able to see that their usage went from 100 gallons a day to 2,600 gallons a day after the eviction and will hold the accountable for the costs. what happens in many markets in the Northern part of the country.. is the water and sewer bills if not paid attach to the property as liens.out in the west this is not the case. if the tenant does not pay their water bill it gets shut off.. 

North Haven doesn't appear on their list of towns serviced, but West Haven and New Haven do, so they'd probably have no problem with the location for your job.

Since they are allowing the homeless folks to set up tents in the open, ben white at congress going west looks rough.

My wife and I manage one we have now and would also manage this one ourselvesI know the seller and he needs to sell quick as he is moving to the west coast.

Id stick to the eastern side of the city and avoid college town and pretty much anything west of it.   

We did sell that property however and now own one in Tahoe City on the West/North Shore.
