Most affordable Insurance options - Canada West Market
I'm just about to close on a 5 unit multi fam in Alberta and wondering if anyone has found an insurance agent they've been happy with. I have a few rentals in both BC and Alberta and have primarily used Dominion insurance, who I found used to have the most competitive rates, however they've gone up considerably in the last few years (as has all property insurance). Looking for recommendations for who is generally the most affordable provider these days?

We didn't hear good things about Wawanesa, so we went with the Cooperators. Really good rates, we currently have two 4plexes (one in Red Deer and one in Calgary) insured with them for about $150/month each.
