We are already seeing the growth in some areas of Detroit, but thought it would be a good idea to start a thread on those closely watching this market...

my picks, predications .........moving forward for upside

Rouge Park
Rosedale Park
5 Points
Martin Park
Grandmont Rosedale'

Anyone want to add to this..... what are you seeing as potential growth areas

@Marisa R.

Hi Marisa,

The area with the highest ratio of gentrified (stable employed) owner occupied vs gentrified rentals will probably prove to be the long term winner.

Although if you are just fix and flipping it will probably be the area with the most permits pulled (short term).

Just my 2 cents.

Good Luck!
