We are already seeing the growth in some areas of Detroit, but thought it would be a good idea to start a thread on those closely watching this market...

Hi Marisa,
The area with the highest ratio of gentrified (stable employed) owner occupied vs gentrified rentals will probably prove to be the long term winner.
Although if you are just fix and flipping it will probably be the area with the most permits pulled (short term).
Just my 2 cents.
