There is a monthly meeting set up in Henderson and I'm pretty sure it's run by Phillip Dwyer so try and make it out to that and meet up with people and listen to what they have to say and maybe get some tips and tricks as well as some well needed info about the market and what the plans are for Vegas/Henderson and you'll be way ahead of the game!
