Apartment Social Media mgmt. software (google+ facebook Yelp)

Quick question, I would appreciate any help,

Does anyone use or know of a software or service to manage social media that they like? Ive been researching ones like Hootsuite, Buffer, Freinds+me, etc. and they all provide different things but none seem to be the right fit.

We have ~50 properties each with its own Facebook, Yelp, and Google+ page. We would like a software where i could easily manage all three, in particular responding to reviews and posting to multiple properties at once. Ideally i would like to be able to upload photos, sort by ratings, create analytic reports etc etc. 

To complicate my requirements we are beholden to a budget.

Seems like nothing fits my main requirements, i havent looking into the more "enterprise" solutions as some services quickly move into the tens of thousands of dollars. 

If anyone has any tools, software, or services that are reasonable priced and can manage social media for over 50+ properties i would greatly appreciate any help or information.
