Just wondering if it would be advantageous to out the rental on a separate title for any reason?

They are losing lots of money, yet people in RE circle believe eventually they will figure out the right model and make a profit on it.It is only available in lowe price tag area.

The closing attorney probably needs to do a title search, title insurance, transfer of deed, taxes and prepare closing paperwork, etc. etc. ?  

I also really don't want them on the deed/title as I'd likely have to go through this again to get them off said deed/titles.  

I need to know of a recommendable Title Company in the area who is willing to work with wholesalers.

I tried to google this over and over but cannot find anything that is tailored for an agent and that has the time frames that need to be followed and what documents that I need to take to each meeting with the clients, the title company etc...
