I am a new agent that is really lost! I need help really bad!

Hello everyone! I am in need of some help! I just graduated college a few months back and have obtained my real estate license. I haven't bought a house yet of course so that experience won't help me either. I did all of the education and took my exams and I am now working for a broker. My education didn't really go through the process of buying a home from a real estate agents perspective it "basically" just gave me definitions of words and went over math formulas. I have tried numerous times to ask my broker about this and it is a run around the bush and end up talking about something that I didn't even ask about... So my question is if someone could help me out by making a timeline of events (in order) that a realtor has to do and the time frames (number of days etc...) in which they have to be done. All the way from the first engagement with a potential client until everything is complete. Both sides would also be great to have (buyers side and sellers side of the timeline) I am even so lost as where I don't know what forms I need to bring to what meeting and where to even get them. My agency also does not have a training program at all. Nothing at all! I am very independent and usually can figure out most anything on my own and a lot of times enjoy doing so but this is a different story. I know this is a lot to ask but I am out of options and don't know what to do! I tried to google this over and over but cannot find anything that is tailored for an agent and that has the time frames that need to be followed and what documents that I need to take to each meeting with the clients, the title company etc... Any help will be very much appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!
