Hi, we're thinking about getting some bandit signs (yard signs).  

I looked at a really nasty house, huge nice yard with a small 2 room (not 2 bedroom) rental on the side.

We are at a point now where we are thinking about having kids and know that our time living in our condo is running short due to a variety of reasons (location far from parents, no yard for a child to play, schools are not up to our level, etc.)

Guy from Mexico bought it and disappeared after a couple of years...No boxes of money yet, no bodies in the back yard either thank goodness!

Salvage shops are your friend :)Have fun!

The only decent person I've found on CL is this old guy who I call when I have scrap metal I don't want to haul to the scrap yard.

Maybe I should look into investing in mobile homes since I have such a huge market right in my back yard.
