@Rich Weese I have lived in the RGV all my life just recently moved to Houston.

If you really hate to lose one of the month-to-month tenants you could offer a financial incentive to the new guy to terminate the lease and see where that goes.It sounds like your need to occupy one of the units was not communicated to the seller.

A couple of others that I have found on YouTube, if it is available to you are Tai Lopez, PatrickBetDavid that has a daily thing plus many articles about entrepenuers, Grant Cardone that gives weekly seminars about real estate investing and he owns about 4,000 units, and he says not to buy SFH's for renting, Lance Edwards that got his start from home while having a W-2 that he hated and is now rich and teaching how to start off with small MF without any experience, and book reading from top selections by many.  

Communication should be prompt and clear, you should be able to ask specific, detailed questions and get timely, data-backed answers.

I'm so excited to take this journey I'm about to attend my first REIA meeting, I've read Brandon Turners two books, I've ordered J Scotts estimating rehabs book, and purchased a copy of Rich Dad Poor Dad (whom I heard is amazing for a REI)!

Generally, they don't communicate very well, unless you are a bigger client.

The PMs attorneys are recommending against immediate eviction which the PM is not happy about.I fully agree with Rich and insurance is sending letter 

This isn't a get rich quick scheme promising Rolexes and Ferraris in a year, but it can provide financial freedom to live the good life in the quickest manner possible for any person.
