I'm trying to educate myself on taxes, and while doing so, I started an LLC to start maximizing my write-off like expenses, travel, seminars and education, home office etc. 

It as well serves like a payment office.

Be careful with the property managers, in my city they charge 12-15% of revenue, $500 annually for finding tenants and then there are additional charges for each maintenance call. 

It also helps to find lenders that will give more weight to the revenue and expenses on the property itself.The national lenders I get loans from do just that. 

In first 8 months I have matched with 2 separate units the amount of revenue that was previously 1 unit's previous 12 month income Lessons learned?

Thanks for the replies, I thought that might be the case.I wonder though, at what size would an investor be enough of a PMC's revenue to be able to make some demands of them that they normally wouldn't entertain? 

You were just getting started, had little revenue in 2017, and MASSIVE expenses!

@Cesar Egas I currently work in Del city as a police officer and been around the area my entire life.

If I want to see them, I have to take a day off and go to the office during business hour to review the unorganized boxes of documents.
