In the last few month we had 2 visits of officers from the Special Enforcement office, the first time I spoke with them they said they were just trying to see the airbnb listing to make sure it was in compliance with their requirements, I had guests in the room and I didn't let them in.

Outsourcing the 3000 would cost me .277 more per piece but that doesn't take into account my time, wear and tear on my equipment, 3 trips to the post office, making a total mess of my office, etc.Put another way, knowing I can only do about 40 per hour tops times the .277 per piece I save by doing it myself, comes out to $11.08 an hour.

Hey all, Feds cut rates by a quarter point today.  Rate cuts tend to boost buyer affordability, but with current home prices, are we really going to see that kind of relief in cash flow anytime soon?
