Bill,You make sense and yes I had a real estate agent turn me in for buying and selling notes without a license and as of today the real estate agent license was permanent revoke for making false and misleading statements to a federal agency and yes the federal agency did pay me a visit and went over my books and said case closed no wrong doing and that was December of last year.
