Mobile Renting Lingo

Ok this might be a silly question but...

I have a 3/2 double wide mobile in a nice part of town (stick built homes all around it) What should I call the home when I list it? I obviously don't want to call it a trashy trailer in a nice part of town but I keep having people call and come look at it and then go "oh... It's a trailer..." How do I tell people it's a rental trailer without making it sound like junk. It's not a bad looking house by any means. But what do I call it? "Manufactured" "mobile"

This is more of a marketing question I suppose. Just curious if anyone else has had this problem. How do you say it in a cool way... If it's possible...
